Learn
Promote skill development
Through self-paced online trainings (VU) and a curated catalog of Finance-relevant certifications (including external providers via EAP).
Launch the 'Learning Resolutions' campaign
By Feb 17 and maintain it throughout the year (KPI: increase VU learning hours per employee).
Power Hour
Learning Mindset (Apr/May) fireside chat with VU leader on the importance of learning agility in business and professional success.
Lunch and Learn
Monthly sessions where senior Finance colleagues present their roles and methods at Visa.



Do
Create a think tank
where finance teams tackle real-life challenges and present to FLT on a quarterly basis.
Finance Lab
A 'Project Marketplace' encouraging innovation, collaboration, and practical problem-solving.
Winning teams will be recognized and rewarded as part of the CFO Awards (KPI: Event completion & survey).
Swaps
Create 3–4-month temporary swaps for team members at the same level to experience distinct roles, expand their network, and enhance their skillset.
This will also help managers identify talent outside their teams.
