Learn
Add fields in the annual review template
For 'Skills needed at current level' and 'Skills needed to get to next level' to provide employees with a focused list of learning opportunities.
Use the new 'Finance Buddy' AI assistant
To create personalized learning paths based on performance review or self-identified gaps. The AI assistant should propose actions like:

Taking a specific course (using EAP)

Taking a swap opportunity
-
Providing contact of SME i.e., Tableau expert, product expert, etc. (requires volunteers to be SME)

Suggesting a mentor (requires volunteers to be Mentors)



Do
Create a 'Project Marketplace'
where VPs and FLT input real-life challenges. Teams can sign up to solve these problems within 3 months and present outcomes to the FLT quarterly.
