Onboarding

Use the new 'Finance Buddy' AI assistant

To help new team members navigate onboarding, including topics like:

  • Requesting access

  • Hyperion trainings

  • Revenue trainings

  • Expense trainings

  • Relevant GDLs to be added.

  • Product details (based on supported team, Ie VAS or CMS product descriptions, etc.)

  • Relevant org Charts

Learn

Add fields in the annual review template

For 'Skills needed at current level' and 'Skills needed to get to next level' to provide employees with a focused list of learning opportunities.

Use the new 'Finance Buddy' AI assistant

To create personalized learning paths based on performance review or self-identified gaps. The AI assistant should propose actions like:

  • Taking a specific course (using EAP)

  • Taking a swap opportunity

  • Providing contact of SME i.e., Tableau expert, product expert, etc. (requires volunteers to be SME)

  • Suggesting a mentor (requires volunteers to be Mentors)

Do

Create a 'Project Marketplace'

where VPs and FLT input real-life challenges. Teams can sign up to solve these problems within 3 months and present outcomes to the FLT quarterly.
